The ‘National Heat Strategy’ is directing several different governmental agencies to implement four goals and objectives that are expected to increase U.S. resiliency to extreme heat conditions.

The DOE rule requires the elimination of “all non-condensing natural gas furnaces,” which could force consumers to spend thousands of dollars to be in compliance.
