Amol Bagaitkar

Amol is the North America Director of Product Management at Schneider Electric for all Medium Voltage products. His portfolio includes Medium Voltage (1kV – 38kV) vacuum circuit breakers, load interrupter switches along with primary and secondary switchgear using air, gas and solid insulation technologies. He leads marketing and R&D teams to imagine the future and develop innovative solutions for the most critical and demanding applications such as Data Centers, Industrial Buildings, Infrastructure and Hospitals and more. He is passionate about sustainability and strongly believes what’s sustainable for the planet is efficient for the society. With over 10 years’ experience in the fast-evolving Electrical Industry and passion for driving change to create value, Amol spearheaded the transformation of R&D process by applying agile principles for hardware product development. 

Amol holds an MBA from the University of Iowa and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Pune University in India. He lives in a suburb of Nashville, TN with his family and enjoys travelling.
