My name is Nick Kostora and I am the new Products and Education Editor here at The NEWS. What exactly does that fancy title entail? It means that I will be covering some of the most important aspects of the HVACR industry. I will follow the training and education beat, discover emerging trends and provide you, the reader, with the most up-to-date information possible.

I come to The NEWS after a stay with the Motorsports Editorial team at Autoweek Magazine in Detroit. The jump from auto racing to the world of HVACR may not seem like an obvious transition, but it is a leap I am excited to make. Before that I was a humble student at Central Michigan University (Fire Up Chips!) and it was there that I earned a bachelor’s degree in Online Journalism.

 I cannot wait to dive into everything I have to do here at The NEWS. I’ll provide the ‘Training Tracks’ section, showcasing courses and lessons that will benefit HVACR professionals. I’ll also be delivering the ‘What’s New’ section of the magazine, displaying the latest and greatest in HVACR products.

Those are some of my responsibilities, but my most important one is to deliver engaging, factually accurate content that The NEWS’ readership has come to know and love. I intend to do that each and every week.
