A small company so you go to a lot of different jobsites and do a lot of different things. It's not the best but it's not the worst. I think they treat their workers pretty fairly. I do bring my water everyday by choice but it's not always available.

Rotations helped me earn tons of relationships that I have used to this day. I would prefer if the classes were a little bit smaller to get more one on one time with instructors, but I was able to keep up non the less.
