Rotations helped me earn tons of relationships that I have used to this day. I would prefer if the classes were a little bit smaller to get more one on one time with instructors, but I was able to keep up non the less.

Great place to start and learn. Plenty of career options to choose from aside from working on just architectural side. Unfortunately due to the architectural side kind of being a dying breed there's a lot of slow times compared to the duct side.

I have spent 3 years of my apprenticeship with this company. Working with many veterans of this company has shown me that there hasn't been much improvement. They have fallen behind on technology and fail to maintain the rest of their shop. We have had to learn how to use machines that are barely operable. There is so much potential to grow and I hope it happens.

Working on jobs at ASI have been good for the most part. Most of them have been organized and ready for work and there have been some jobs where there is not a lot of organization. There was not enough tools for use among the crew.
