Providing accessible and effective virtual HVACR education in Spanish is a significant step toward meeting the growing demand for skilled technicians, HVACRedu.net said.

To help address the skilled labor shortage, StrataTech Education Group’s Tulsa Welding School is adding electro-mechanical technologies and refrigeration technologies, and electrical applications program offerings.

Eighteen HVACR educational programs joined the ranks of nationally accredited HVACR programs in 2021. 

Tidewater Community College (TCC) will begin offering an associate degree in Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology (HVACR) with the start of fall classes on Aug. 25.

Remington College Dallas Campus and Fort Worth Campus are enrolling students for a new Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Diploma Program. According to an announcement from the school, the program is designed to provide students with skills in the fundamentals and practice of the industry. 

Ice Energy, a leading provider of distributed thermal energy storage, has partnered with Capstone College, Pasadena, Calif., to develop an interactive training program designed to educate students, local technicians, and contractors in the disciplines of thermal energy storage, HVAC, and refrigeration.
