Davis Energy Group, Qualcomm Technologies Inc., and Synapse Electronique have joined the ClimateTalk Alliance, a nonprofit organization building a universal language designed to allow all home comfort systems to communicate.
ClimateTalk Alliance is an organization of companies committed to developing a common communication infrastructure for HVAC and smart grid devices, enabling the interoperability of diverse systems. Created in 2009, the alliance’s members collaborate and drive the future of the open standards communication framework.
The Continental Automated Buildings Association (CABA) and ClimateTalk Alliance announced that they have signed an agreement to collaborate on intelligent home and intelligent building issues.
