FASTEST HANDS: David Stroud, service tech at Jake’s Heating & Cooling, Little River, South Carolina, competes in the fastest hands contest at the Hilmor booth.
HANDS ON HELP: The Harris booth had instructors on-hand who could help attendees try their hand at brazing and soldering.
CUTTING TECHNOLOGY: Bad Dog Tools demonstrated how to use their various blades, which can cut metal, plastic, fiberglass, plexiglass, stone, tile, masonry, and more.
ABRACADABRA: Rick Wilcox performs magic and card tricks for a crowd at the Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) booth.
HOLE OF A TOOL: Visitors to Milwaukee’s booth could try out a variety of tools, including the Dozer hole saw.
CLEAN COILS: Attendees lined up to try out SpeedClean’s CoilShot condenser cleaner tool, which connects directly to a garden hose and uses a single pre-measured tablet to apply foaming coil cleaner directly to coils.
ATL STYLE: Some companies got creative in their booth designs, like this one pictured, where they used street art to draw attendees in and innovative duct designs to keep them there.
SEEING BEYOND WALLS: Virtual reality glasses let Rehaubooth visitors see behind the walls and under the floor to fully appreciate the design work that goes into radiant heating and cooling systems.
WINNERS ONLY: At the Gilsulate Int. Inc. booth, attendees could spin the wheel to win a prize.
COFFEE BREAK: For those needing a break during the Expo, Marley Engineered Products had them covered with an in-booth coffee bar and barista.
FUN AND GAMES: A game of ladder golf helped NIBCO show off their valves and visitors show off their skills.
HAPPY HOUR: BNP Media, parent company of The NEWS hosted a happy hour on Monday to kick off the expo.
