Both the Broan M7 and CMF95 furnace models are designed for manufactured housing. They are 95.1 percent AFUE gas furnaces. The integrated circuit board features diagnostic indicators and an adaptive igniter warm-up time to prolong igniter life. The furnaces are available in downflow models. According to the manufacturer, the M7 is the only 95.1 percent AFUE furnace that fits a standard manufactured housing footprint for new construction. It can also easily be used as a direct replacement for older, less-efficient furnaces. The furnace utilizes a dependable silicone-nitride hot surface igniter with SmartLite® technology for longer igniter life. The M7 furnace can be vertically or horizontally vented using a two-pipe system for maximum flexibility in installation. A fully insulated cabinet minimizes heat loss and provides quiet operation, while diagnostic lights provide easy troubleshooting. The CMF95 gas furnace is in a classic 18-inch width for tight replacement jobs. A heavy-gauge aluminized steel heat exchanger and stainless steel secondary heat exchanger ensure a long life. The furnace uses a hot-surface igniter with SmartLite® technology for longer igniter life. Diagnostic lights provide easy troubleshooting. The CMF95 will accept air conditioning coils up to 3-ton capacity.
