WARREN, Mich. — Flame Furnace Co., of Warren, Mich., was awarded with the Tier 3 Medal of Excellence (MOE) Award at the annual Bryant dealer meeting.
The MOE award is a business enrichment program specifically designed to recognize Bryant dealers like Flame Furnace that do “whatever it takes” to improve their business. The decision to award a Bryant dealer with the MOE distinction is based on its sales growth, product mix, and customer satisfaction. Additional criteria such as dealer program utilization and the company’s self-assessment are also taken into consideration.
“I am so proud of our team for winning this award again,” said Gary Marowske, president of Flame Furnace Co. “This is the fourth time we have won an MOE Award. It just goes to show that the core values we’ve operated our company on since its inception over 60 years ago, compassion, integrity, safety, responsiveness, and professionalism, are still effective and allow us to continue to be a leader in the industry today.”
Grand Rapids-based Behler-Young Co. is Bryant’s exclusive distributor for Michigan and northwest Ohio dealers. “We would like to congratulate Gary and the entire Flame Furnace Company team,” said Doug Young, president of Behler-Young. “They are one of only two companies in the entire country that have won an MOE award four times. This recognition is evidence of their team’s continued commitment to excellence.”
