MUSKEGON and GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — For the second year in a row, Carmichael Heating & Air Conditioning, Muskegon, Michigan, was recognized at the Bryant Heating & Cooling Systems annual dealer meeting with a Tier 1 Medal of Excellence (MOE) award. Also, Schaafsma Heating & Cooling Inc., Grand Rapids, Michigan, was honored at the Bryant dealer meeting with a Tier 2 MOE award.
The MOE award program is designed to recognize Bryant dealers that do “whatever it takes” to improve their business. The decision to honor a Bryant dealer with the MOE distinction is based on their sales growth, product mix, and customer satisfaction. Additional criteria such as their dealer program utilization and the company’s self-assessment are also taken into consideration.
“I am so proud of our entire staff,” said Thomas Smrcina, president of Carmichael Heating & Air Conditioning. “When I started this company I knew that the success of our business would hinge on having the right people engaged and focused on going above and beyond the call of duty. That’s exactly what they’ve done, day in and day out, every single one of our employees has gone the extra mile again this year.”
“We are thrilled to receive this recognition,” said Kevin Walsh, president of Schaafsma Heating & Cooling. “This award is a testament to our entire staff’s commitment to do ‘whatever it takes.’ We offer 24/7 service, and install furnaces in the evening, nighttime, weekends, and even on holidays. Our service and installation technicians also complete training weekly so their skills and knowledge are always current.”
