COLUMBUS, Ohio — Heating, Air-conditioning, and Refrigeration Distributors International (HARDI) announced Libby Gill, Brent Grover, and Alan Beaulieu will present at its upcoming Strategic Leadership-themed Focus Conference, March 22-24, in Laguna Beach, California.

Gill is an international speaker, bestselling author, and former columnist whose success strategies have appeared on CNN, NPR, BusinessWeek, The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and more.

Grover has written eight books on distribution management with an emphasis on profitability and acquisitions. Drawing on his experience owning and running a large distribution business for more than 20 years, Grover now runs a consulting firm advising the wholesale distribution channel. As a university business professor, Grover is experienced presenting complex ideas in interesting and compelling ways.

Beaulieu is the founder and president of ITR Economics. For nearly 25 years, he has consulted with organizations to forecast, plan, and increase their profits based on trend analysis. He has co-written books and articles on economic analysis and serves as HARDI’s chief economist.

Also scheduled to present are 10-year wholesale distribution financial advisor veteran Jim Miller; Dave Roller, founder of Profit2, which specializes in increasing distributor profit margins; Jon Melchi, director of government affairs, HARDI; and Emily Saving, director of HARDI’s Education and Research Foundation.

The Strategic Leadership Focus Conference is designed for HARDI members who serve in executive leadership roles at their organizations. It is the first of four Focus Conferences in 2015.
