Serviceability features: This unit features an intelligent gyro compass (IGC) solid-state control for onboard diagnostics with LED error code designation, burner control logic, and energy-saving indoor fan motor delay. All connections and troubleshooting points are located in the easy-access master terminal board. Units feature through-the-base utility connections capability, and the access panels have easy-grip handles and a no-strip screw feature.

Technical support: Factory-trained technical service advisors (TSAs) on staff at local distributors provide technical assistance and troubleshooting at the local level. ICP technical training is available at field schools held at participating distributor locations.
