COLUMBUS, Ohio — HARDI opened registration for the next Emerging Leaders conference scheduled for July 20-22 at the Hotel Nikko in San Francisco. The workshop will provide a variety of activities to help build leadership skills, provide insight into industry issues, and to continue the dialogue established during the 2013 annual conference.

According to HARDI, participants will use Union Square as their classroom as they work in teams to solve a series of puzzles and advance from one destination to the next using a set of clues. Participants will be forced to rely on their leadership skills, strategic thinking, and communication skills in order to win.

The Emerging Leaders program was initially formed in an effort to provide the next generation of HARDI executives with the proper resources. Along with different planned activities, the conference will feature a group of HARDI members who will act as program mentors, allowing the Emerging Leaders to pick their brains. The mentors will discuss their industry experiences throughout the years, offer advice, and trade stories with attendees.

Randy Disharoon will be this conference's keynote speaker. The presentation will discuss how to develop a leadership skill set from all angles.

The Emerging Leaders summer workshop is among other Emerging Leader planned events, including upcoming webinars.
