Memphis, Tenn.— KeIe Inc. appointed Richard Campbell president and chief executive officer. Campbell will assume the responsibilities of outgoing president and CEO, Tim Vargo, who announced his retirement in April.

Campbell brings more than 30 years of experience with commercial and industrial products at IngersollRand, 27 of which were spent with Trane, focused on HVAC systems and building automation. Campbell holds a mechanical engineering degree from Vanderbilt University.

“Kele is well known throughout the industry for delivering customers the products, services and solutions they need while providing top-notch technical expertise," Campbell said. "Kele's portfolio of services paired with the ability to ship 1.8 million parts out of its distribution center same-day makes it easy for customers to get what they need, when they need it. Kele gives customers time back so they can focus on serving their own customers. I am excited to be a part of that.” Campbell said.

“We’re very excited to have Richard leading the team," said John Schweig, chairman of the board and former Grainger senior executive. "His industry knowledge paired with Kele’s legendary service will deliver a game-changing experience for our customers."

One area of focus for Campbell is creating additional value-added solutions to meet customers’ specific project, product and service needs.

“Kele has always been known for its accuracy, speed and reliability," Campbell said. "The team is about to take service to a whole new level with our upcoming customer experience and technology enhancements. There are exciting times ahead for our customers, supplier partners and dedicated employees.” DC
