DAYTON, Ohio — Winsupply Inc.has opened a new Winsupply company in Kansas City, Missouri. The new location will provide sheet metal supplies and HVAC equipment to contractors throughout the region.

Michael Crane, a 30-year veteran of the HVAC industry, will serve as president of the company. Crane and his team of five employees have more than 100 years of combined experience in sheet metal ducting and venting and HVAC equipment.

John Hicks is general manager and, like Crane, has more than 30 years of experience in HVAC. The third member of the ownership team is Michael Snyder, who boasts 20 years of industry experience. Crane, Hicks, and Snyder are equity investors in Winsupply of Kansas City, which allows them to take advantage of Winsupply’s co-ownership business model.

Snyder produced an air filter for the HVAC industry in his prior work life. The three decided to invest in a new Winsupply location in north Kansas City that is underserved by a sheet metal distributor. They will be able to provide a one-stop solution for contractors needing both sheet metal ductwork supplies as well as air conditioning and heating equipment.
