YEAR-TO-DATE: Year-to-date U.S. shipments of residential gas storage water heaters increased 7.2 percent, residential electric storage water heater shipments increased 5 percent, commercial gas storage water heaters increased 2.6 percent, commercial electric storage water heater shipments decreased 1.7 percent, gas warm-air furnaces increased 11.9 percent, oil warm-air furnaces increased 6.6 percent, central air conditioners increased 3.6 percent, and heat pumps increased 12.4 percent.
