CHATHAM, N.J. — Pipe Works Services Inc. announced that Kailyn Reyes, a recent graduate of Lincoln Tech in Union, New Jersey, has been hired as the first female HVAC technician in the service department.

“While recruiting at Lincoln Tech in Union, New Jersey, I met Kailyn at a career services day event and I was impressed, and she has fantastic work ethic,” said Ellen Cagnassola, marketing manager at Pipe Works Services Inc.

“Being a female in a male dominated industry means I work hard like everyone else, and I plan on becoming a valuable employee by learning all facets of HVAC,” said Reyes.

“I am excited to train Kailyn and watch her grow in her field, and expect great things from her,” said Paul Giglio Jr., owner, Pipe Works Services.
