YEAR-TO-DATE: Year-to-date U.S. shipments of residential gas storage water heaters increased 12%, residential electric storage water heaters increased 10.7%, commercial gas storage water heaters increased 13.3%, commercial electric storage water heaters increased 3.9%, gas warm-air furnaces increased 63.5%, oil warm-air furnaces increased 53.1%, central air conditioners increased 23.4%, and heat pumps increased 31.7%.
