VIENNA, VA. — The American Boiler Manufacturers Association (ABMA) has opened registration for its May 2024 conference, Boiler 2024.
Boiler 2024 is scheduled for May 1-3, 2024, at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in Aurora, Colorado, just outside Denver. The event is for people and companies involved in the boiler supply chain, ABMA said, with a focus on those involved in purchasing, operations, and maintenance.
The event exhibit area has been expanded, making room for a record-breaking number of exhibitors — up to 100, ABMA said in a press release. The group also promises more networking opportunities and more educational sessions and tours. More than 1,000 attendees are expected.
Travis Mills, a retired U.S. Army staff sergeant who lost parts of both arms and both legs in an improvised explosive device explosion while serving in Afghanistan, will be the keynote speaker. Mills is a motivational speaker, author, and advocate for veterans.
Other events planned for Boiler 2024 include a May 1 mixer; daily dining opportunities in the Expo Hall; a May 2 panel on women in the boiler industry, with lunch included; a May 2 industry reception; breakout educational sessions; and a May 3 leadership panel on the state of the industry.
Shuttle service from the airport will be available, and attendees will be able to relax in a members-only lounge.
ABMA has extended its early bird registration discount price, $645, through January. Register for Boiler 2024 online here.
