Cody Dampf’s journey into the HVAC industry began in his early years. His stepfather has a distinguished career in HVAC, and he spent a significant part of his childhood around his type of work. This early exposure planted seeds in Dampf.
After high school, Dampf joined the Marines and served two tours in Iraq. When he returned, he moved to Arizona and began his HVAC career by initially focusing on installations while attending night school to further his education.
“In 2016, my father proposed that we start and grow a business together, leveraging his extensive experience and my fresh perspective,” Dampf said. “On December 31, 2023, my wife and I purchased the remainder of the company from him. Since then … we have managed to double the size of our company. This growth is a testament to the collective effort, expertise, and dedication of everyone at Innovative Air Pros.”
Cody started as the only technician at the company, and now as the company has grown, he manages the day to day operations along with the training the technicians receive. Currently the company has 15 employees, but that hasn’t held them back. Ninety-one percent of Innovative Air Pros’ revenue comes from installation. The other 9% comes from service — all residential. And they just hit over $900,000 in one month.
“One of my proudest achievements is the rapid expansion of Innovative Air Pros,” Dampf said. “We managed to double our company’s size within just six months, a testament to our team’s unwavering dedication and hard work.”
Dampf also works zealously to empower the future of his employees. He wants to help them build strong futures while supporting their personal development. This has been incredibly rewarding to Dampf. Seeing them grow both personally and professionally is one of his greatest satisfactions.
Additionally, Dampf has been recognized as the leading variable-speed salesman across a three-state area.
“This accomplishment underscores my commitment to innovation and excellence in HVAC technology and solutions,” Dampf said.
