Amanda Searcy
Amanda Searcy started in the HVAC industry on the finance side through a friend. Prior to this, as a single mother at the age of 19, Searcy embarked on a journey to provide a better future for herself and her children. She balanced working full-time and going to college, and eventually earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance, all the while gaining meaningful experience in both the supply and contractor side of the construction industry.
Searcy started in the accounting division at Winsupply, where she eventually transitioned to sales and operations, until she realized her dream of becoming president and owner of Winsupply of Gilbert.
Now, with 16 years of industry experience under her belt, Searcy has led the company for the past two years into unprecedented growth and success, achieving 380% growth in its inaugural year alone. Achievements like this are also what led Searcy to be named Winsupply’s Best Turnaround Company of the Year in 2024.
Searcy said that becoming president and owner of her local Winsupply is one of her greatest accomplishments in HVAC. Along with being able to meet, network, and befriend so many people in the industry, and having the ability to help her local community, “and teach our upcoming generations that the trades are a great option for people to be successful,” Searcy said.
“My career HVAC goal is to get our brand awareness and model of Winsupply known and, to lead my team and drive our Vision of Local partnership for our contracting partners,” Searcy said.
