The 2007 HVACR & Plumbing Instructor Workshop is a way for instructors to learn about the latest industry issues and instructional techniques and gain access to industry experts.
Instructors have been instrumental in identifying topics and speakers they believe would be most beneficial to their professional development. On the educational session slate for 2007 are topics such as:
The workshop will also focus on the enhancement of instructional classroom techniques. Maximizing learning with PowerPoint, student recruitment, designing curriculum and instructional materials for adult learners, using simulation software for teaching HVACR troubleshooting, and distance learning using technology are some of the classroom skill topics to be discussed.

Lodging and registration costs are $166 plus tax per night for a single room, which also includes all educational sessions, meals, and refreshment breaks. For those not staying at the National Conference Center, the cost to attend is $60 plus tax each day, which includes all educational sessions, meals and refreshment breaks.
