The CADS Series Desuperheater™ reclaims waste heat from industrial refrigeration systems to provide cost-effective heating of potable water, the company says. Suction line heat exchangers are available for improving refrigerant cooling performance; they are designed to work with R-22, -134a, -404A, and others. The GFX™ grey water heat recovery system recovers waste heat from grey water and recycles it to an incoming cold water line before it enters a water heater to provide energy savings.
