Ferguson, a major plumbing and HVACR distributor, announced that it continued its expansion with the acquisition of 13 companies in fiscal year 2015. The acquisitions were coast-to-coast encompassing multiple business types including HVAC and plumbing distributors, waterworks, and more.

Headquartered near Chicago in Hammond, Indiana, IFI expands DI’s Midwestern footprint with additional locations in Ohio and West Virginia.

JLL has signed a letter of intent to acquire CoR Advisors, a smart building consulting and solutions business. Founded in 2009 by Darlene Pope, CoR Advisors specializes in helping transform buildings into energy efficient, high-performance facilities. The acquisition is expected to close this month.

The VMC Group, a leader in vibration isolation and seismic engineering services, announced it has acquired a 51 percent control stake in Dynamic Certification Laboratories (DCL).
