ABERDEEN, S.D. — The Dakota Supply Group (DSG) acquired Woodruff Co., a distributor of plumbing and heating products in southern Minnesota. 

Reliance Comfort Limited Partnership (Reliance Home Comfort) has entered into an agreement to purchase the shares of National Energy Corp. (which operates under the name National Home Services) for $505 million from Just Energy Group Inc.

Johnson Controls announced that it has reached a definitive agreement with the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board to acquire its Air Distribution Technologies business, one of the largest providers of air distribution and ventilation products in North America, for approximately $1.6 billion.
