The World Environment Center's Gold Medal for International Corporate Achievement in Sustainable Development
was presented to Carrier Global Corp. chairman and CEO David Gitlin by GE Aerospace chairman and CEO H. Lawrence Culp Jr. on November 13.
Hybrid systems offer a pathway that balances environmental concerns with practical considerations, ensuring a more sustainable and feasible transition towards cleaner energy sources.

The Lower-GWP Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Innovation Award
aims to encourage the implementation of projects, in developing countries, that are shown to minimize global warming through refrigeration and air-conditioning management.
