DiversiTech's acquisition of Niccons, GIA, and Vorpa, all based in Italy, will significantly enhance the product range and service and manufacturing capabilities of DiversiTech Europe, a press release from the company said.

The planned 30,000-square-foot facility is expected to open next year.

The new downflow kits are specific to the drain pan type. Effective immediately, there are now downflow kits for metal drain pans and separate downflow kits for plastic drain pans.

The combination of the storage tank and tankless water heater in the Hybrid Hot Series offers flexibility for indoor commercial applications, such as restaurants and hotels, that require a large dump load of hot water over a short period of time without the use of multiple tankless water heaters.
