Boston is the most energy-efficient city in the United States, according to the second edition of the City Energy Efficiency Scorecard, released by the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE).

Trane, a brand of Ingersoll Rand, has announced a new agreement with Telkonet Inc., a manufacturer of hotel guest room thermostats and controls. Through this agreement Trane will now use the Telkonet EcoSmart™ platform to offer the hotel and hospitality industry additional HVAC and comfort system options that benefit hotel guests.
