Chandler von Schrader has worked in the energy-efficiency industry since 1981, selling and installing solar domestic hot water systems, performing residential energy audits, delivering demand-side management services, and providing sales and marketing support for the HVAC industry. He has worked for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) since 2001, promoting best practices for energy efficiency in the HVAC, home-performance, and remodeling industries.
