Carri Norton is the portfolio leader for Trane Technology’s residential HVAC diagnostics team. She joined Trane in 2012 as director of engineering – UI for Commercial Digital Solutions and in 2018 moved into a role of Director of Digital Products. Prior to joining Trane, Carri worked in educational software development as well as several Silicon Valley startups in various development and engineering leadership roles.
