As Executive Director of Explore the Trades, Kate Cinnamo focuses on recruiting the next generation of technical talent to the plumbing, HVAC, and electrical trades. She works with students, parents, educators, and other groups to raise awareness of the success that accompanies careers in the trades. She believes she has one of the best jobs in the industry.
