For the first 10 years of his career, Joel Ellingson focused on selling technical solutions to industrial manufacturing and power distribution clients.  He then moved into operations roles leading field service teams, developing field service leaders, building sales support teams, systems and processes, and running branch operations. Currently, Joel supports Nexstar Network members as the Director of NexTech Academy and works with an amazing team of member-focused individuals to deliver a world-class e-learning experience to novice technicians starting their careers in the trades.
