Debra Held has over 35 years of experience in operations management in the commercial and residential mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical trade industries. Held’s career began in our family commercial and residential new construction plumbing business where she worked my way up through the ranks, eventually running the family business. Held’s executive role at Air Pros USA as National Director of Plumbing Operations was established especially for her to spearhead the expansion of innovative services across all brands and markets within the company. Held is an animal lover, especially dogs. Throughout the course of her career and life, Held has thrived on building teams and working on raising the bar in every aspect.
