Bartley
has been the vice president of Epidemiology Consulting Services (Beverly Hills,
MI) since 1997. Currently, she consults for public and private health care
agencies such as the CDC (Atlanta), the AHA (Wash D.C.) and Premier’s Safety
Institute (Charlotte, N.C.). In 1992, she was invited to join the American
Institute of Architect/Facility Guidelines Institute’s (AIA/FGI) Healthcare
Guidelines Revision Committee (HGRC), and was elected in 1996 to membership in
the HGRC Steering and Research Committees. She currently facilitates infection
control issues for research focusing on infection and sustainability aspects of
health care ventilation and is a frequent presenter of infection prevention and
construction issues.
