Bryan Steiner
Steiner is a senior construction engineer of Building Services of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School System (CMS). He has over 17 years of experience in Facility Management, Engineering, and Capital Project Management. Prior to joining CMS in 2003, Bryan was a Project Manager for J.A. Jones Services Group. He worked on many Department of Defense and DOE sites as well as private construction projects. Some modified material in this article was included in a previous article for Retrofit Magazine.
