Mohamed Abaza has 12 years of experience in HVAC design, energy modeling, energy auditing, and facility assessments; one year experience in HVAC con-struction project management and another year in HVAC cost estimating. Projects worked on have ranged from commercial buildings, hospitals, and schools to high-end residential buildings, private residences, and hotels (over 50 projects). His primary area of specialty is HVAC design, energy modeling, energy audit-ing and facility assessments of “green” energy efficient buildings. He is responsible for advising clients, design, and construction teams on “green” and energy efficient design and construction best practices, incorporating renewable energy implementation, and investigating financial, environmental, and social im-pacts.
