Julian Parsley, P.E., LEED AP
Julian Parsley, P.E., LEED AP, is a mechanical engineer and principal with Buro Happold who has 15-plus years of experience delivering highly sustainable, zero-net energy, and low water design solutions on a wide range of LEED platinum projects. He is particularly interested in post occupancy evaluation, learning valuable lessons that inform future design. He recently completed the Santa Monica City Services Building — a $60 million public building set to achieve the Living Building Challenge benchmark with net-zero energy and water and a groundbreaking facility now becoming globally recognized. He has also taught university courses on low-energy strategies.
