Victor Saeh, CEM, CxA, PCC, LEED AP BD+C, is a principal for existing buildings commissioning services with Smith Seckman Reid. He is primarily responsible for maintaining client relationships and directing the operations of all existing buildings commissioning line of services, including the continuous commissioning (CC) and retro-commissioning programs. This includes activities related to the assessment of potential sites, implementation of all customer-agreed energy measures, system optimization, and customer support and training as well as continual monitoring of systems during the implementation process to ensure optimum performance. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and has more than 23 years of professional work experience. He has been involved in projects in the U.S., South America, and the Middle East.
