Scott Spielman is a research engineer at Ecotope with nearly a decade’s experience in product development, mechanical engineering, data analyses, and energy modeling. He played a key role designing the mechanical/plumbing, electrical, and monitoring systems at Bayview. He is now piloting a study to test load shift capability of the system using OpenADR and CTA-2045 in collaboration with BPA and SCL. He can be reached at scott@ecotope.com.
