Terry L. Rodgers, CPE, CPMP is the vice president of commissioning services at Primary Integration Solutions in Charlotte, NC. He has over 35 years of experience in Critical Facilities operations and management with an emphasis on commissioning and continuous operations.Terry is an active member of ASHRAE SPC-90.4, ASHRAE TC9.9, ASHRAE SPC-127, and ASHRAE GPC 1.2. Terry has co-authored various books, white papers, and presentations on critical facilities, commissioning, and facilities management, is a regular columnist in Mission Critical Magazine, and helped develop and teach data center related training classes for the Department of Energy and private enterprises. Terry has performed over 50 site reliability assessments in 20 countries and 5 continents over the last several years.
