In her role as a director of solutions strategy at Copeland, Autumn Nicholson collaborates across Copeland’s cold chain products and solutions internally and with customers to apply and optimize sustainable cooling applications for supermarkets and convenient stores. Over an 18-year engineering career with focuses on refrigeration, food retail and cold chain solutions, Autumn has attained a knowledge base covering refrigeration system designs, compressor technology and electronics, energy management systems and alternative refrigerants. She earned a BME in mechanical engineering from the University of Dayton.
