Bristol Compressors Intl., LLC, a producer of compressors for use in air conditioning, heat pump, and refrigeration systems, announces the addition of Luka Lojk to its senior management team as vice president of sales and marketing. In this role, Lojk is responsible for strengthening Bristol’s competitive position and brand equity as well as strategic expansion of business on a global basis.
Before joining Bristol Compressors, Lojk served as vice president of air treatment (AT) at Ingersoll Rand, responsible for a network of global companies developing and marketing AT solutions and driving Ingersoll Rand’s competitiveness and growth. Lojk held senior positions at both Cree Inc., as vice president of strategic marketing and Scott Safety as director of marketing. Lojk oversaw the new product development and marketing along with sales and channel enablement including branding. Lojk has also served IBM Corp. in various roles in marketing, business, and brand management.
Originally from Slovenia, Lojk holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical ngineering from North Carolina State University and a Master in Business Administration from Duke University.
