Vance Air Force Base (VAFB), located in Oklahoma, recently executed a comprehensive energy services performance contract with Oklahoma Natural Gas andCustom Energy(Overland Park, KS). Custom Energy, in partnership with Oklahoma Natural Gas (ONG), is helping VAFB meet the standards for energy usage reduction as mandated by the federal government.
