Yokogawa Electric Corporation(Yoko) has signed a partnership agreement with Ando Electric Co., Ltd. in which the two companies will collaborate on business strategies for their measurement and electronic device testing equipment. NEC Corporation has agreed to transfer 33% of Ando shares it holds to Yokogawa.
