Grundfos Pumps Corporation(Olathe, KS) recently announced that effective Jan. 1, 2002, all of the Company's pump products began to carry a 24-month warranty dating from the time of installation but not more than 30 months from the date of manufacture. The previous warranty, 18 months from date of installation, was superceded by a Grundfos initiative to standardize all of its warranties, regardless of application or geography.

The sole exception to the global standard is the warranty on Brute II, Model UP15-42F/FR circulators, which will remain three years warranty on the complete pump -- exceeding anything offered by competitor's residential heating circulators.
