TAC AB(Malmö, Sweden) has finalized the acquisition ofCSI Control Systems International Inc. (Dallas). The new company will conduct business in the Americas and Asia-Pacific markets as CSI, a subsidiary of TAC until January 2001, when it will launch new product rollouts and a combined website. Dean Meyerhas been named the new president of TAC Americas.
