Johns Manville's(JM) Performance Materials Business recently announced a new sales organization that is unique in the commercial and industrial insulation industry. Instead of working exclusively through a traditional field sales force, customers will now go directly to office-based JM account representatives for real-time support on technical questions, pricing, complaint resolution, and many other business needs.
