Honeywellannounced a $3.7 million performance contract with Altus Air Force Base in southwestern Oklahoma to deliver an energy-retrofit program that will impact more than 100 buildings across the base. The resulting facility improvements are expected to save the base $6.5 million in energy and operational costs over the next 15 years, and improve comfort for the nearly 5,000 troops and civilians it employs.
