The National Air Duct Cleaners Association and the Indoor Air Quality Association will begin working together to provide educational resources to industry professionals. The associations will cross promote webinars, trainings, and workshops to each of the associations’ members. Additionally, each association has committed to supporting each others’ respective conferences and events.
“We’re excited to partner with IAQA and offer our members additional resources that will help grow their businesses,” said Jodi Araujo, NADCA executive director. “NADCA members will have access to a specially packaged group of online education classes from IAQA that will be priced at a deep discount. NADCA will recognize these online classes for CEC fulfillment at the time of certification renewal.
Glenn Fellman, executive director of IAQA, said both organizations will benefit from the new partnership.
“NADCA members will have access to IAQA University online classes which will certainly encourage more industry professionals to maintain their NADCA certification,” he said. “IAQA members will be connected to the world’s best HVAC system cleaning and inspection contractors, including access to NADCA educational programs, publications, and more. On a local level, IAQA chapters are preparing to focus on HVAC system cleaning at upcoming workshops, relying on NADCA members’ expertise to teach about the nuances of NADCA’s recently released standard, ACR 2013.”
